The major issue is the CEOs who do not take their time to carryout proper investigation before they terminate the appointment of a dedicated staff, just because the manager has been there for long or one funny reason.

  Preparation: Step 1: Fry the plantain and place in a bowl. Step 2: Stir fry the sausage and slice into small peice . Step 3: Slice green pepper, onion, red pepper and anything you want to add. Step 4: Break as many eggs as you want in a bowl add little salt and add everything you have sliced. Step 5: Put your frying pan on the heat with vegetable oil, let it heat a bit and add mixture, when it has started forming like a cake add the plantain one after the other.
